‘Blood Boiling’: Indian-American Man Defends Family From Racist Woman On Bus In Viral Video

An American man of Indian origin expressed his outrage on social media after a white woman allegedly hurled racist slurs at him and his children on a bus. In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), the man detailed the altercation, saying that his blood was “boiling” from the encounter.

The man, visibly upset, began by explaining the incident, which occurred after the woman allegedly told his children to “shut up.” “Yeah, blood is boiling right now. I honestly can’t even believe that something like this is a real thing,” he said. “We were just having an altercation with this lady who was giving us a really hard time telling the kids to shut up, and I lost it and said, you know, you don’t have a right to talk to my kids like that.”

The situation escalated when the woman began to verbally attack the man, saying, “You’re from India. You have no respect. You have no rules. You have to push everyone. Push, push, push. That’s what you think you are. You guys are thinking you’re still walking crazy. You people are crazy.”

In response, the man sarcastically asked her if she wanted him to have “more curry,” to which she replied, “Yeah. Have some more curry.”

As the man began recording, the woman became even more agitated, pulling out her own phone and taunting him. “You want to record, you tandoori a**? Please do,” she said.

The man quickly called out her behaviour, saying, “You’re being rude and racist right now.”

The woman fired back, accusing him of being racist toward her, claiming, “You’re not American. Not American right now.” The man clarified, “I was born in America. Yeah, you want to see my passport?”

The woman dismissed him, shouting, “Shut up. Shut up.”

The situation continued to escalate as the man expressed his disbelief, saying, “It’s amazing. I thought I only saw this stuff on the internet, but no. Karen’s right here. I’m angry. This is toxic, massive, toxic. Telling my kids to shut up.” Others on the bus joined in, chanting, “Yeah, get off the bus, racist.”

The woman eventually exited the bus, with the man telling a security personnel, “She doesn’t need to go on the bus. She makes me uncomfortable. It’s really uncomfortable for my family. And there’s small children here. She’s cussing. She’s swearing at my children.”

The incident has led to significant outrage online, with many condemning the woman’s racist remarks. The video has been viewed over 350K times on X.

A user commented, “That’s a MAGA supporter if I’m not wrong.”

Another wrote, “This is happening to Indians a lot these days.”

“Those were some interesting insults! Lol,” someone joked.

The man later shared that police were involved and looking to arrest the woman, calling her behaviour “incredibly abusive.”
